Herb experience for the whole family
Horní Rakousko, HirschbachExperience the invigorating effect of mountain herbs in the herb garden, which is situated at an altitude of 800 m (more than 150 different herbs), while walking through the herb fields or enjoying a delicious herbal dish in the restaurants of Hirschbach, who invite you to “herb pleasure weeks” especially in spring. Herbs – processed into tea, spices, craft work, cosmetics, juice, schnapps or herb bacon can be bought in the herb shop next to the museum of rustic-style furniture (centre of the village). Groups also have the possibility to visit the site of the Austrian mountain herb cooperative (Österreichische Bergkräutergenossenschaft).
