South Bohemia is interwoven with a thick network of cycling trails which enable a ride in the countryside at an ideal pace without one's losing contact with its colours, scents and charm. The cycling trails web is completed with a growing offer of services such as special buses or bike rentals which increase in number even in train stations. In the region, there is not an area that would not attract the cyclist - the popular Třeboň flatlands, the border area in Jindřichův Hradec or Nové Hrady regions where people can experience the feelings of discoverers, new kilometers of trails emerge along the Vltava, the Otava, the Lužnice and other rivers. The Šumava Mountains will reward fit sportspeople fearless of hills with an overview so useful even after returning home.
