18:00–18:15 Schwarzenberg Grenadier Guard – induction of new guard members with the traditional presentation of a portepee (a decoration of Grenadier sabres in the ceremonial colours of the town of Český Krumlov and the Schwarzenberg family)
18:15–18:30 Meeting of Václavs and Václavkas – bearers of the name Václav and Václavka (male and female version of the Czech name Wenceslas) are invited to the stage to meet and take photos with the mayor
19:15–22:00 Minor Brass Band Doubravanka – traditional brass music and modern compositions of various genres
Garden Wine Tasting
14:00–22:00 Wine Tasting in the Monastery Garden – a wide range of wines from Bohemia, Moravia, Austria, Italy, Germany, Spain Wine tasting in the form of paid samples, glasses available for rent on site, hot and cold snacks. The Garden Wine Tasting is an invitation to the 11th edition of the Český Krumlov Wine Festival, which will take place from 6 October to 2 December 2023. | Monastery Garden
