Třeboň Museum and Gallery
The museum offers visitors a permanent exhibition titled The Story of the Town of Třeboň through Eight Centuries, which tells the history of the town.
“Vanished Třeboň” – photographs of buildings and people who once lived here. Old sharpshooter targets from the 19th century. Paintings by Jan Kojan, František Líbal, and František Volf. The original large clock mechanism from the tower near the town hall. “Old School” – school desks, old pictures and maps, blackboard, textbooks, etc. “The Legacy of Medieval Třeboň Today” – reproductions of the Master of the Třeboň Altarpiece’s paintings, a copy of the Třeboň Madonna, and original sculptures and paintings.
