Church of St. John the Baptist

On the hill southeast of Radomyšl stood, probably since the Middle Ages, a chapel of St. John at a miraculous spring. In 1560, it was replaced by a church at the expense of local pastor Mikuláš Křížek, possibly surrounded by a cloister and five chapels. By 1610, it included a hermitage and cemetery.
The current church, built between 1733 and 1736, was constructed under Grand Prior Gundakar Popp of Ditrichstein by Anselmo Lurago based on a design by Bartolomeo Scotti.
The church is visible from afar and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.
It also became famous as a fairytale film location.
A Way of the Cross lined with linden trees leads from Radomyšl to the church.

Jewish Cemetery

Less than a kilometer into the forest behind the church lies a hidden Jewish cemetery.
