By car or public transport to Prachatice, the route is a loop.

Prachatice (parking lot at the former barracks) – turn right from the barracks area onto the green-marked tourist trail (past the garden colony) – turn left onto the tank road along cycle route 1055 towards Fefrov Ponds (geological educational trail, wildlife enclosure) – continue to Libínské Sedlo settlement and cross road II/141 near St. Anne's Church – follow the green and then yellow tourist trail and cycle route 1055 to Sedýlko parking lot – turn right and after about 2 km, reach a tourist rest stop – continue and after 300 m, turn left around Rohanov Rocks – at the junction with an asphalt road, turn left – continue along the road to Jelení hora crossroads – turn left into Chroboly village – cross road II/143 and follow cycle route 1139 to a wooden cabin in the former Lažíšťko settlement – after 200 m, turn right onto a meadow and after 1.0 km, exit onto an asphalt road – turn right into Jelemek settlement – after 300 m, turn left into Zdenice settlement – continue straight to Žernovice village and follow cycle route 1088 – cross a busy road (be cautious!) – continue towards Dubovice settlement and then Bělečská Lhota settlement – turn left into Městská Lhotka settlement – continue through Ostrov settlement and Staré Prachatice – cross busy road II/141 – turn left along the sidewalk – after 200 m, turn right – pass under the viaduct onto cycle route 121 – after 600 m, turn left off the road – at the wayside cross, cross the road back into Prachatice, returning to the starting point.
