The renovated manor brewery in the center of Český Krumlov offers visitors four exhibitions: Life, Work, Art, and Dreams. You will see how people lived in the past, how beer was brewed, and view some of the best examples of modern art.

Life / Life of the Burghers at the End of the 19th Century What did a typical day look like a hundred years ago? Discover this in the interactive exhibition at the Palace of Anna von Rogendorf. Order period food and have it served to you, or take a ride on a bone-crushing machine. Additionally, learn more about the architecture of the entire building and the history of the New Town (now Brewery) Garden.

Work / Original Beer Brewing Technology What were a "cíz" and a "monžík," and what was the purpose of a "stavoznak"? Find out thanks to the sensitively reconstructed original brewery technology in the Varna building. In addition to the original brewery, visit the current Krumlov microbrewery, where a tasting awaits you. Don’t forget to climb up to the attic; something interesting might happen in the interactive pub from 1900.

Art / Overview of Graphic Techniques Head to the Gallery and get inspired by artistic projects from renowned artists who are members of the Association of Czech Graphic Artists Hollar. The displayed works provide an overview of the possibilities within graphic techniques. Information about the current exhibition can be found on the Port 1560 website.

Dreams / Mix of Technology and Scenes from Human Imagination The Hvozdu building was an integral part of beer production. Today, the blending of old technology with a dream-like exhibition will fascinate both you and your children. And be aware, on the tour, you won’t be alone with the guide—there's also a group of ghosts and a giant head eagerly awaiting you.
