Along the Malše River to the Římov Reservoir

Discover the beauty of the Kaplice region from the saddle of an e-bike. No hill is an obstacle – it’s entirely up to you how long a route you choose, or whether you use one of the suggested routes in the Kaplice area.

This route follows paved roads through the pleasant South Bohemian countryside. Expect a steeper climb before reaching Svatý Jan. Make your trip more interesting by visiting the renowned Baroque Stations of the Cross that wind through the surroundings of Římov. Stop at the medieval ruins of Velešín Castle above the Římov Reservoir and at Pořešín Castle near the village of the same name close to Kaplice.
