Multi-genre festival
The festival City to the People, People to the City is a multi-genre festival that takes place at the end of summer in the streets of České Budějovice. The city centre is covered with several hundred metres of vibrant grass, colourful umbrellas and lanterns hang in the air, and the streets are filled with the smell of fine gastronomic delicacies, roasted coffee and fresh flowers. In addition to visitors, acrobats, singers, musicians, actors, artists, painters, chefs, baristas, hairdressers, florists, designers, architects, and athletes will take to the streets.
