Fishermen’s Festival of Hluboká nad Vltavou - Bezdrev Pond
The Traditional Fishermen’s Festival of Hluboká nad Vltavou will take place this year to celebrate the Bezdrev Pond fish harvest.
A rich program is prepared:
7:00 – First net pull
10:30 – Opening ceremony by Ing. Vladimír Kaiser
10:35 – Slavíčci z Hluboké – children’s choir from Hluboká Elementary School
11:05 – Patrola band performance
12:05 – Chef Vladimír Tůma – fish specialty with tasting
12:40 – Patrola band performance
13:40 – Chef Vladimír Tůma – fish specialty with tasting
14:15 – Kobři band performance
Market stalls and refreshments will be available all day.
Fish Specialties Week
From October 27 to November 2, 2025, the Fish Specialties Week will take place in restaurants across Hluboká nad Vltavou:

- Wellness Hotel Diamant
- Restaurant Lovecká Chata
- Restaurant V Podzámčí
The festival is held as part of the Orange Year Project (Oranžový rok).
