The exhibition Art in the City 2026 is organized by the Statutory City of České Budějovice and Art in the City z.s. in cooperation with the South Bohemian Region, Veselí nad Lužnicí, Hluboká nad Vltavou, Lipno Servis and Týn nad Vltavou.
Art in the City is a sculptural exhibition that enriches, complements or enhances the historical centre of České Budějovice. The city and parks become open-air galleries, and art comes to the viewer in his natural space, not the viewer to the art as it happens in galleries. And that is the main benefit of exhibiting in a public space. In any case, it brings food for thought and, above all, a slightly different view of the world around us.
