Sand sculptures in Písek celebrate their 20th anniversary.
The giant sand sculptures in Písek are coming to life again. In 2026, the 20th anniversary year of this event will take place at the traditional place on the embankment of the Otava River near the Stone Bridge.
For the past 20 years, there has been an annual theme. In 2026, they will be carved in the name of water and will once again adorn the banks of the Otava River.
The sand sculptures will open on May 20, 2026.
