Christmas in the old town and in the old Czech alley
We invite all people of good will to come and meet us for a traditional Christmas event, sing carols.
On Sunday 14.12.2025 from 9.00 to 17.00 we cordially invite you to Piaristický náměstí, Panská and Hroznová Street, where the Christmas craft fair with the sale of traditional handicrafts, art and folk products will take place again.
Craftsmen and creators from the region and the whole country come to this event, even if only for one day. It is mainly a pre-Christmas sale of traditional folk art, such as Christmas decorations, gingerbread, candles, bobbin, crocheted, scrubbed, felted and woven products, ceramics, wood carvings, folk toys, dry-weave, jewellery and other small gifts for joy.
Visitors can also enjoy old Bohemian delicacies, sale of mistletoe, venison and pheasants. This event is and always has been about bringing together people of goodwill, artisans and folk artists. The Christmas atmosphere is enhanced not only by the ambience of the "old town", but also by the performances of folk art groups and street performers.
We invite all people of goodwill to come together for the twenty-seventh time for a traditional Christmas event, sing carols and enjoy the good cheer of Christmas.
