The Fidlers have been dairy farmers for generations. A herd of cows, each with its own name, graze in open, fragrant, foothill meadows full of lush flowers and herbs.
The milk that is produced goes on to make cheese, cottage cheese and vinegar.
The farm, where calves, chickens, geese, ducks, peacocks, rabbits and cats live together, will give you an unforgettable atmosphere. It's definitely worth sampling the local produce and taking some supplies home.
