Lipno Windsurfing

Thanks to its size and elevation, Lipno ranks among the best windsurfing locations in the Czech Republic.

An individual approach is provided by a windsurfing school with twenty years of experience, based in Černá v Pošumaví. Instructors here cater to both beginners and advanced surfers. Lessons begin in shallow water and continue in deeper water as the student gains experience. In case of weak or excessively strong wind, the lesson is paused, and the customer pays only for the actual time used. Even a beginner needs at least a light breeze; in stronger winds, students are taught water starts, jibes, jumps, duck jibes, etc.

The school also includes a rental shop with all necessary equipment.
