In-ground Trampoline in the Village of Střítěž
You can enjoy a unique sports attraction – an OUTDOOR IN-GROUND TRAMPOLINE – at the children’s playground located below the Municipal Office building in the village of Střítěž, near the Kaplice railway station.
The installation of this trampoline expands the existing play elements at Kaplice Station with a feature that serves a broader age range of children than current ones. The outdoor year-round in-ground trampoline system “Twister 4” consists of four jumping mats forming a polygon with a total diameter of 3.5–4 meters. Choosing a suitable, publicly accessible location allows children and adults to spend active time together. The trampoline also brings notable health benefits – jumping improves motor skills, balance, coordination, oxygenation of the body, and helps prevent obesity by burning calories.
This project was supported under the Rural Development Program for the 2014–2020 period, Measure 19 – Community-Led Local Development (CLLD), Sub-measure 19.2 – Support for implementing operations under CLLD strategies, Article 20 – Basic services and village renewal in rural areas, specifically: Public spaces in municipalities. In the 5th call by the Local Action Group Pomalší, the project “Year-round in-ground trampoline” received financial support.
The grant was obtained through the Pomalší LAG call, under the COMMUNITY-LED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY of the Pomalší Local Action Group territory for 2014–2020.
