Water Sports and Beach at Windy Point

Windy Point is known to many people not only from the Lipno area. This unique beach and the adjacent campsite are places where you can easily spend a whole week. Here, you’ll truly understand why Lipno is called the Czech sea.

The beach is half sandy and half grassy. The access to the water is pleasant, with a sandy bottom and relatively clean water – compared to other places around Lipno.

What you can do at the beach:

• Rent windsurfing equipment – with or without an instructor
• Rent a paddleboat or paddleboard
• Play beach volleyball
• Watch a beautiful sunset with a cocktail in hand
• Grab a bite at the bistro
• Enjoy open-air concerts and cultural events on the sand
• Watch a cocktail show by the bar owner – a multiple award-winning flair bartending champion – or his fellow bartenders

At the nearby campsite, you can stay overnight and enjoy many other sports. You can, for example, rent a catamaran or sailboat or try kiting. For parents wanting to enjoy a well-deserved break, the camp offers daycare for young children, sports and educational clubs for school kids, and more demanding sports activities for older children and teens.
