Dreisessel Peak
A majestic summit of the Bohemian Forest.
Dreisessel (1311 m) is one of the notable peaks of the Bohemian Forest. It fascinates with its unique rock formations, scattered boulders, wide plateaus, and most notably, a breathtaking view of the Alps. The summit lies about 10 km from Nová Pec, right on the Czech–German border. The trail starts in Nové Údolí and follows a red-marked forest path all the way to the top, where hikers can enjoy the view and rest at a small mountain pub.
