Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth Customer Centre
The new customer centre with more than 400 m² of floor space belongs to the history and present of Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth and traces the development of this family-owned company from its foundation in 1790 until today. The customer centre was built directly on the premises of the Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth production plant in České Budějovice.
What can you look forward to in the Customer Centre?
Through a guided tour accompanied by a documentary film you will learn about
- the story of Josef Hardtmuth, his inventions and the heyday of the family business,
- the history of the Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth brand from 1790 to the present,
- hundreds of historical and contemporary exhibits and documents,
- unique crayon products (gorilla, table with crayons encased in epoxy).
The show is always adapted to the age of the students, the type of school and the composition of the group. Tours are available in Czech, English and German.
The exhibition also includes a sales stand with Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth products. Only cashless payment is possible at the booth.
The Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth Center in České Budějovice will be open exclusively to school and special interest groups who can arrange tours in advance by e-mailing marketing@koh-i-noor.cz or calling +420 389 000 152. In exceptional cases, individuals may also attend the exhibition.

How to get there
Address:
Mánesova 11/3b, 37001 České Budějovice 7, entrance to the premises from Mánesova Street (opposite Billa). The customer centre is located in a large brown and white building on the left.
Bus parking:
For buses there is a reserved parking space directly on the Koh-i-noor premises (entrance via the gatehouse from F. A. Gerstnera 21/3). Parking is only available for the duration of the tours. Parking capacity is limited.
