Bread from the Municipal Oven in Lenora
The brick municipal bread oven from the first half of the 19th century was used for several years even after World War II. It was restored and put back into operation in 1998.
From April to December, the residents of Lenora host a traditionally untraditional public baking every last Saturday of the month – baking bread, cakes, buns, and local Lenora flatbreads.
