Sudoměř
The village of Sudoměř lies 10 km east of the town of Strakonice and is administratively part of the municipality of Čejetice.
As of 2011, it had a permanent population of 74 inhabitants. Near Sudoměř, there is an archaeological site from the Mesolithic period (10,000 – 4,000 BC), making it a popular destination for tourist excursions.
A reminder of the Battle of Sudoměř is a 16-meter-high monument to Jan Žižka, made of stone blocks, located on the site of the battle. It was created by Emanuel Julian Kodet with the help of builder František Kulíř in 1925.
