Haunted Underground and Gnome Exhibition Tábor
Come and get scared underground!
The Haunted Underground is located in the medieval catacombs of a 500-year-old house on Žižka Square in Tábor (entrance behind the church).
In the mysterious corridors, you’ll encounter many spooky creatures – such as an alchemist and his workshop, the White Lady, an executioner, mummies, and more. The scenes are atmospherically lit and sound-enhanced. For younger visitors, there is a poetic exhibition of gnomes.
The Haunted Underground is next to the church tower, the museum "Charm of Old Times," and other sights of the Hussite town of Tábor.
Opening Hours:
- November, March, April: Sat–Sun 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00
- December–February: Sat–Sun 13:00–16:00 (weather permitting)
