Lišov Cycling Route
The cycling route around Lišov is ideal for mountain bikes with an elevation gain of 230 m. The route starts at the parking lot near Coop in Lišov and leads through Hůrky, where you connect to cycling route 1106. You continue past the picturesque Dvořiště pond to Horní Slověnice, then to Dunajovice. From there, the route goes through the forest to Horní Miletín and then to Zvíkov. The return to Lišov is on a comfortable road, offering beautiful views of the South Bohemian countryside.

St. Wenceslas Church in Lišov – A neo-Romanesque church from 1862–1865, built on the site of an older building, which retained its tower. It was consecrated in 1864 and, a year later, enriched with an organ from the workshop of František Svítil. The church is accessible year-round, with free entry.
František Miroslav Čapek Museum – The museum is housed in the building of the Schwarzenberg Hospital and is named after the local native František Miroslav Čapek. The exhibition presents traditional Lišov crafts such as carpentry, shoemaking, rope-making, and woodworking, supplemented by historical documents and items.
Dvořiště Pond – Covering an area of 387 hectares, it is the third largest pond in the Třeboň region and the fourth largest in South Bohemia. It was created in 1367 by damming the Miletín Stream and expanded to its present size by Jakub Krčín in 1580. The pond is used for fish farming and recreation. On the southern side, there is a campsite with a sandy beach, ideal for a summer getaway.
Assumption of the Virgin Mary Church in Štěpánovice – An early Gothic church from the 13th century with a rectangular presbytery and porches. It is surrounded by a cemetery with a wall and a mortuary. Inside, historical elements are preserved, including a baptismal font from 1515. The church is an important landmark of the village and a protected monument.
Zvíkov Manor – Located 15 km from Třeboň, this late Gothic manor dates back to around 1500. It has a rectangular floor plan and was originally two stories. The manor was converted into a granary and is not accessible to the public. It is one of the few preserved buildings of this type in the Czech Republic, with a memorial stone above the entrance.
