Route description:
The picturesque village of Nadějkov lies in a green, almost deserted landscape, where time seems to have stopped a hundred years ago. Follow the footsteps of old stone crosses, fairy tales and myths, Celts and people who have lived in harmony with nature in this landscape for centuries. You will walk through meadows, past ponds, along paths and past wooden cottages. You will meet a water nymph or the mysterious Baba - an old Celtic goddess.
The Nadějkovsko nature trail passes through the western and southern surroundings of the village of Nadějkov. Information boards at its 15 stops document the history of the village and its surroundings, reminding of the unique character of the landscape and the rich diversity of plant and animal species. The first board is located on the facade of the rectory, the trail markings (white squares with a slanting green stripe) begin at the lower edge of the square. The trail is approximately 13.5 km long, but it can be divided into two circuits:
first circuit: stops 1 - 8, from stop no. 8 return along the road to Nadějkov
second circuit: stops 8 - 15
