A Walk Through Historic Velešín
The loop trail connects the already mentioned town museum, the former Church of St. Philip and James, the Church of St. Wenceslas, and the Kantůrkovec House with other sites that help visitors discover the rich history of Velešín, the life stories of its famous natives, and the fates of its oldest houses and monuments.
The route also takes you to the site of the former castle, offering a beautiful view of the entire Římov reservoir valley. The town tourist loop is suitable for cyclists, pedestrians, and families with children. For better orientation, it is marked with a special green pictogram labeled “Velešín – městský okruh” (Velešín – town loop).
