From the town of Prčice, which once a year becomes the destination of a popular long-distance walking event, you will follow a newly built cycling path connecting to Sedlčany. In Prčice, you can see the originally Romanesque Church of St. Lawrence, a Classicist château, an old hospital, and a Jewish cemetery. Midway, you’ll pass a Way of the Cross near the village of Jesenice. In Sedlčany, associated with Jakub Krčín of Jelčany and Sedlčany, you’ll find two beautiful châteaux – the Neo-Gothic Červený Hrádek and the Renaissance Kosova Hora.
