Nežárka Cycle Route – From Jarošov to Veselí nad Lužnicí
The Nežárka cycle route, due to its length, is not an independent long-distance trail but rather a side branch of the Lužnice cycle route. You can ride it in combination with the main route, as the starting point is easily accessible by train. It begins in Jarošov nad Nežárkou, where the river is formed by the confluence of the Kamenice and Žirovnice. The route runs through gently rolling terrain with minimal elevation gain. Along the way, you’ll encounter notable landmarks (e.g. Jindřichův Hradec) and the deep Jemčina forests. The total length is approximately 51 km, very easy and suitable for trekking bikes.
